Cancellation policy 

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit for all treatments is required at the time of booking. If this is not received at least 3 working days before your appointment, your appointment will not be confirmed and can be given to someone else. This deposit will only be transferable to a different date if you cancel more than 3 working days before your appointment.

Deposits for our Spa Packages are 50% per person. If you cancel your spa package 14 days or less before your booked date, this deposit will not be refundable or transferable to a different date. We can only transfer the deposit to a different date if you have cancelled your spa package more than 14 days before you are due to come.

 

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to complete a consultation form if you haven’t completed one previously. Late arrival of 15 minutes or more will mean we may no longer have time to complete your appointment.

 

Nail repair policy 

 

Gel polish can last up to two weeks. Certain factors such as cleaning products or excessive exposure to water may cause lifting, therefore we recommend using gloves whilst cleaning to avoid these situations. Please contact us as soon as possible with any concerns or issues with your gel nails. Gel polish can be repaired free of charge up to 76 hours post appointment. If you contact us any later than 76 hours, we will charge £3 per nail for any repairs.
