Cancellation Policy

Due to a large number of last minute cancellations we will now be taking a 50% non-refundable deposit for all treatments. This deposit will only be transferable to a different date if you cancel more than 3 working days before your appointment.

We will also now be taking a 50% deposit for our spa packages. If you cancel your spa package 14 days or less before your booked date, this deposit will not be refundable or transferable to a different date. We can only transfer the deposit to a different date if you have cancelled your spa package more than 14 days before you are due to come.
